Event Policy & Return Terms
1. Booking and Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers
We understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation terms are:

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event: Eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event: Non-refundable. However, you may transfer your booking to another participant at no extra cost.
To transfer your booking, please contact us with the name and contact details of the person attending in your place.
No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be able to join once the session has started and will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Health and Safety
All tools and materials provided are safe for intended use. Participants are expected to follow instructions carefully. Sussex Kintsugi accepts no responsibility for injuries caused by misuse.
5. Photography and Media
Photos may be taken during the workshop for promotional use (e.g. website, social media). If you prefer not to appear in photographs, please let us know on the day.
6. Cancellations or Rescheduling by Us
If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop (e.g. due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered:

A full refund, or

The option to transfer to a new date of your choice
We aim to give as much notice as possible in such cases.
7. Eligibility
These workshops are open to adults aged 18 and over.
